BestOfGames is an independent indie game discovery and editorial site. We research new releases and publish bilingual assessments to help you decide what deserves your time.
Each review states its content basis. Most are source-backed editorial syntheses using official game information and independent reporting. We describe a review as first-hand only when verified play-session notes are on file.

How our Editorial Score works
The 0–10 Editorial Score is a BestOfGames assessment of design, presentation, scope, value, and fit for the intended audience. It is based on the sources listed with the review and, only where explicitly stated, verified first-hand play notes. It is not a Steam rating and never turns community sentiment into a critic score.
Automation can assist with source collection, drafting, translation, and consistency checks. Publication still passes deterministic provenance and language checks. Steam Pulse is shown separately as automated community evidence and does not set or confirm the Editorial Score.
Scores and reviews may be updated after substantial patches, content changes, corrections, or price shifts. The review page shows its publication and update dates; corrections can be requested through our contact page.
