Games like 100 Christmas Cats

Steam reviews

What players say

Most players find it a cheap, cozy way to pass time and collect easy achievements, though some find the hidden cats hard to spot.

Most reviewers recommend the game and describe it as a short, relaxing find-the-cats game with festive artwork that suits a quiet evening or a coffee break. Many players like the cheerful Christmas scenes, the cat sounds when a cat is found, and the easy achievements. Some players call it simple and short, and a few say it is one of many similar games in the series. The main complaints are about cats that are hard to see: some blend into the colourful scenes, some are only partly visible or sit behind the interface, and a few players found the colour version harder than the outline version. Some reviewers also mention missing or unreliable hints, cats that seemed to reappear, and problems with the DLC purchase. The price is low, since the base game is free and some reviewers call it good value.

Who it suits

Players who want a short, cozy hidden-object game with festive art and easy achievements, especially between other tasks or with children.

Who should skip it

Players who want story, depth or progression, and those who find hidden-object scenes frustrating in colour.

Short vs. long playtime: Players with more hours tend to mention harder-to-find cats and the colour version, while short-session players mostly praise the quick, cozy fun.
